At True Blue Plots, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our refund policy below.

Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following situations:

  • The item received is incorrect or damaged upon arrival (proof required).

  • The order was not delivered due to an error on our part.

  • A duplicate order was placed by mistake.

  • Refund requests must be made within seven (7) business days of receiving your order.

Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our souvenir land titles, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong name or shipping address).

  • Delays caused by postal services or customs for international orders.

Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Supporting photos (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will notify you of your refund request. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within seven (7) business days.

Exchanges & Replacements
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. 

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary. If you still require assistance, feel free to contact us.
