Orders are processed within three (3) business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We ship all orders via Australia Post.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping (Australia):
       Same state: 2-4 business days. 
       Interstate: 3-6 business days

• Express Shipping (Australia):
       Same state: 1-2+ business days
       Interstate: 1-3+ business days

• International Shipping: Varies by destination (see below).

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and international postal services. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s regulations.
Please note:

• We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for international orders due to potential customs delays.

• Some countries may have restrictions on what can be shipped—please check your local regulations before ordering.

• If an international order is returned due to incorrect address details or failure to pay customs fees, we are unable to refund shipping costs.
   

Lost or Delayed Shipments
True Blue Plots is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, international postal services, or customs. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
 
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) business days of receipt with a photo of the issue, and we’ll be happy to assist with a resolution.
